Okras with Balsamic VinegarIngredients
1 pack of Bamies Ainos (1000 gr.)
400 gr. chopped tomato
100 g olive oil
30 ml balsamic vinegar
1 ½ tsp. sugar
1 onion, finely chopped
1/2 bunch of parsley, finely chopped
+ 400 ml hot water
In a saucepan, over medium heat, heat the olive oil and saute the chopped onion with the sugar, stirring every now 4-5 minutes.
Add the okra and sauté with the onion for another 5 minutes. Then add the balsamic vinegar, mix and add the tomato and hot water. Salt and pepper. After 20 minutes, mix one last time and pour the parsley. In the next 20 minutes our oysters are ready! Remove the pot from the burner and let our food "rest"Bon apetite!
