Spinach Cooked with Dill and Parmesan CheeseIngredients
1 pack of leaves Spinach Ainos (1000 gr.)
100 gr. onion, finely chopped
50 gr. olive oil
40 gr. parmesan, grated
40 gr. butter
10 gr. garlic, finely chopped
a little dill, finely chopped
Boil the beans in water until they soften. Fill some water if necessary and salt to the end.
When the beans are ready, drain them and put them on a platter. In a non-stick pan, add the olive oil and sauté the chopped onions and chopped peppers for 4-5 minutes.
