1 packet Broccoli Ainos (750 gr)
4 slices of prosciutto for garnishing
2 fresh onions, finely chopped
2 tbl. spoons of olive oil
1lt water with vegetable broth
salt, freshly ground pepper
a little yogurt for serving
In a saucepan, heat the olive oil on moderate heat and pour in the fresh onions. Leave them for a while until they become transparent (for 2-3 minutes).
Add the broccoli. Cover the materials with water with broth and simmer for about 20 minutes until they are softened. Then stir it with the blender and add salt and pepper. We keep the velvet warm. Bake the slices with the air adjustment, at 220 ° C for 10 minutes, until they become crispy. Spread them on absorbent paper and let them cool down. Put the velvet soup in deep dishes and garnish with the prosciutto. You may accompany it with yoghurt and enjoy it!Bon apetite!
