Peas with Oil


1 pack of peas Ainos (450 gr)
1-2 potatoes, cut into cubes
1/2 onion, finely chopped
1 carrot, cut into washers
1/4 bunch of dill, finely chopped
1/2 tea cup with olive oil
1 tomato, past the grater
salt, pepper

Cooking Instructions

In a moderate pot, we put the oil to start heating up and saute the onion, the carrot and then the peas.

Stir well. Add the potatoes, the dill and the tomato. Salt well, mix and add as much water as possible to cover the food. We simmer and serve!
