Salad with corn and tuna


200 gr Corn Ainos
200 gr tuna in water (well-drained)
1 red Florina pepper, cut into cubes
1 onion, cut into thin washers
1/2 lettuce, cut into large pieces
5 tbl. spoons of olive oil
4 tbl. spoons of vinegar
salt, black freshly ground pepper

Cooking Instructions

In a bowl, put the lettuce and add the pepper and the onion.

Add salt and pepper. Boil the corn in salted water for 2 minutes and strain it. Mix the olive oil with the vinegar and pour on the salad. Add tuna and corn and serve!
