Salad with Round Beans


1 packet Green Beans Ainos (1000 gr)
100gr. feta cheese (optional)
2 large onions, finely chopped
2 red peppers Florinis, finely chopped
2 tomatoes in cubes (optional)
2 tbl. spoons balsamic vinegar
1/2 tea cup with olive oil
a little oregano
salt, freshly ground pepper

Cooking Instructions

Boil the beans in water until they soften. Fill some water if necessary and salt towards the end.

When our beans are ready, drain them and put them on a platter. In a greaseproof pan, add the olive oil and sauté the chopped onions and chopped peppers for 4-5 minutes.          Turn it off by adding vinegar, leave them for a while until their liquids are drained and pour them on the green beans.
