Spinach Cooked with Dill and Parmesan Cheese


1 pack of leaves Spinach Ainos (1000 gr.)
100 gr. onion, finely chopped
50 gr. olive oil
40 gr. parmesan, grated
40 gr. butter
10 gr. garlic, finely chopped
a little dill, finely chopped

Cooking Instructions

Heat a skillet over high heat. We add half of our olive oil, spinach with salt and sauté until it loses its liquids and wilted, but not to lose its color.

Strain and drain well! Heat a frying pan over high heat; add the rest of our olive oil and sauté the onion for 2'.

Add the garlic, season with salt and just smell, add the sautéed spinach. We conclude by adding butter, parmesan cheese and dill.
